My story
I focus on understanding technology deeply, making it useful, and transforming it into something that truly serves people. For more than twenty years I have worked at the intersection of technology, culture, and transformation, building tools, leading global teams, and training thousands of people — always starting from the same point: observe real needs, design effective solutions, and stay human.
My journey began in a small computer shop in Milazzo, Sicily, where I was born in 1975 and first discovered my passion for technology. After earning a degree in Computer Science Engineering at the University of Messina, I expanded my horizons with two additional master’s degrees, one in Communication, Marketing & Management and another in Europlanning. This blend of technical and strategic studies gave me a dual perspective: the ability to understand complex systems in depth, and the vision to translate them into meaningful strategies. Over time, this foundation has guided me across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the USA, collaborating on innovation projects that connect technology with real human value.
Today, as a member of the Italian Register of Information Technology Engineers, I continue to cultivate that same commitment to innovation, growth, and clarity.

Innovations & projects
What I’ve created has come from scratch — shaped by intuition, clarity, and a strong sense of responsibility, without relying on investors or influential connections.
It all started in Milazzo, Sicily, with five million lire (about €4,000), a second-hand desk, and a small computer shop. From there, I chose not to adapt to the status quo, but to bring innovation where no one else saw it. I embraced challenges others avoided — betting on emerging technologies, leading change in conservative environments.
I founded iNNOVA and iNNOVATECH, startups focused on Digital Transformation, AI and Cybersecurity, with offices in Italy, Bulgaria and the UAE. Over time, I created things that didn’t exist before:

CheckMED is an easy-to-use telemedicine system that monitors and records the health status of a person in need of care.

An operatic format that made Italian opera accessible to new audiences in the heart of Taormina, Sicily.

The first smartwatch with integrated artificial intelligence, designed to delegate tasks, boost productivity, and reduce stress.

An AI-powered digital concierge for discovering hidden gems, events, and experiences.

Alongside conferences, I’ve shared my expertise through coaching and training. I was a Business Coach with Oscar Farinetti at the ANDA BUSINESS SHOW in Milan, and I’ve lectured internationally on my Effective Innovation method — from City University of Hong Kong to TIE Dubai, as well as the University of Messina and numerous vocational and technological institutes.
At the heart of these experiences lies the Effective Innovation® method, a framework I created and refined over the years to help companies, products, and processes evolve. This method has become the foundation of how I approach innovation: structured, validated, and always focused on creating real impact.
